Your child’s homework packet is in their folder. Please have your child complete it and return it on Friday morning. Your child will be bringing home their octopus and turtle puppets today. All children love to see their art work displayed.
Thursday, October 8, 2009, is the 40th day of school. It is a VERY important funding day for our school. Please make sure your child is at school on time. Friday, October 9th is a half day (school is out at 11:30). There is NO afterschool or lunch. NO school on Monday, October 12th and 13th.

Next week, your child will bring home a homework packet on Monday and it is to be completed and returned Friday morning. If your child does not return it completed, they will lose time outside.

Our class will be having spelling test starting this week. Please study them every night. Hint: give your child practice spelling test. Give the words out of order. I will give the spelling test Friday morning. The spelling words this week are the, log, a, hog.
