Last week the students studied the letter Mm. The students created some incredible Marshmallow Sculptures. Please look at my blog to see pictures. We have some creative students in our class. Miss Janet gave each student a chip of Malachite and a marble. Also, the students saw fragments of a meteorite that impacted Earth about 5,000 years ago in South America. The students learned that a meteor is up in the sky, and when it reaches the surface of the Earth in solid form, it is called a meteorite. Last Wednesday, was dress in pink for breast cancer. Please look at my blog to see a picture of the school making a pink ribbon. Our class raised the most money for breast cancer. Special thank you to Elizabeth’s family for bringing in over $24.00.
